Workspace Onboarding

Complete verification, plan activation, and the first secure integration handoff.

Activation sequence#

  1. Book a guided evaluation so VertexY can provision the company workspace.
  2. Verify the administrator invitation and sign in using the supplied Company ID.
  3. Choose a plan and complete hosted checkout when your team is ready.
  4. Keep the onboarding page open while payment confirmation is processed.
  5. After status becomes active, configure Team roles and Developer Settings.

Payment states#

pending means confirmation has not arrived. payment_failed requires another checkout attempt. active unlocks protected product access subject to plan features and user permissions.

Handoff#

Give engineers the Company ID and transfer the ingestion secret through an approved secret manager. Do not send credentials or secrets in tickets, chat messages, or documentation feedback.
