Requires the event_explorer feature and events:view permission.
Investigate an evaluation
- Open Dashboard → Event Explorer.
- Filter by date, action, risk level, or identifier.
- Select a row to inspect the assessment, reason codes, features, and decision path.
- Copy the assessment ID when coordinating with engineering or support.
- Open Graph Explorer or create a review when deeper investigation is needed.
Export safely
Treat exported evaluation data according to your organization’s retention and access policies. Avoid sharing exports in public support channels.
Empty and error states
No results may mean the filters are too narrow or no assessments have been ingested. 403 indicates missing permission; a locked module indicates a plan feature restriction.
